A Team Built on Emergency Services Experience
Steve’s background spans more than 15 years in emergency services, emergency management, logistics, and disaster operations. Since beginning his career as a volunteer firefighter, he has gone on to support emergency response efforts across public, private, and nonprofit organizations.
His experience includes municipal emergency management, disaster team coordination, emergency operations during the COVID-19 pandemic, and logistics leadership during the 2021 bird flu outbreak. Steve has served as a municipal Emergency Management Coordinator since 2015 and holds degrees in Emergency Management and Planning from Delaware County Community College and Immaculata University.

Ray brings more than 25 years of public-safety experience and a uniquely broad perspective on emergency management. His career has included service as a firefighter, 911 dispatcher, police officer, and municipal Emergency Management Coordinator, giving him firsthand experience across multiple sides of emergency response and coordination.
A PEMA-certified Municipal Emergency Management Coordinator, Ray has extensive experience in special-event planning, damage assessment, hazardous-weather preparedness, incident management, and planning for access and functional needs. His multidisciplinary background helps him approach emergency management with a strong understanding of both operational response and community-wide preparedness.

Ben’s career in emergency services has focused on preparedness, recovery, training, and helping communities respond to emerging risks. With a background in fire service and EMS, he developed an early interest in how stronger planning and preparation can reduce the impact of disasters and improve recovery.
He has supported large-scale emergency incidents throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and has developed training programs for both emergency responders and the public. Ben holds an associate degree in Emergency Management and Planning, is completing a bachelor’s degree in Public Safety and Administration, and has earned multiple fire-service, EMS, and emergency-management certifications.
