1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Blue Sky Strategic Partners, LLC ("Blue Sky," "we," "us," or "our"), including all pages, forms, and content available on it (the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last Updated" date above will reflect the revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
2. About Our Services
Blue Sky Strategic Partners, LLC provides emergency management consulting, program design, training, professional drone services, and community coordination services to municipalities, emergency management agencies, public safety organizations, schools, childcare facilities, and community partners.
Descriptions of services on this Site are provided for general informational purposes. They are not offers to contract and do not create a client relationship. Services are performed only under a separate written agreement executed between Blue Sky and the client, and the terms of that agreement control the services provided.
3. Not Emergency Services and Not Professional Advice
This Site is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or contact your local emergency services immediately. Do not use the consultation request form or any contact method on this Site to report an emergency or request emergency assistance. We do not monitor the Site or our inbox continuously and cannot guarantee a timely response.
Content on this Site — including articles, guidance, checklists, references to FEMA, PEMA, NIMS, HSEEP, or other standards, and general discussion of emergency preparedness — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, regulatory, safety, engineering, or compliance advice, and it is not a substitute for a formal assessment of your organization's specific circumstances by a qualified professional. You are responsible for verifying that any action you take complies with applicable federal, state, and local law and with the requirements of any agency having jurisdiction over you.
4. Permitted Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and to learn about and inquire about our services. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation;
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information through any form on the Site;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- Use automated systems — including bots, scrapers, or harvesters — to access, copy, or collect content or contact information from the Site;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the network or infrastructure supporting it;
- Use the Site or any content from it for unsolicited commercial communications.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.
5. Consultation Requests and Information You Submit
The Site offers a consultation request form. When you use it, we collect only the following information, which you provide voluntarily:
- Your name

- The services you are requesting or inquiring about
How we use it. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, discuss your needs, provide requested information, and, where applicable, prepare a proposal or arrange services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties except with service providers who help us operate the Site or manage our communications (such as our website platform and email provider), or where disclosure is required by law or legal process.
Consent to be contacted. By submitting the consultation request form, you consent to be contacted by Blue Sky by email, phone, or text message at the contact information you provide, for the purpose of responding to your request. You may opt out of further contact at any time by replying to any message or emailing info@Blueskyspllc.com.
Retention. We retain consultation request information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and to maintain our business records. You may request that we delete your information by emailing info@Blueskyspllc.com, subject to any records we are required to retain.
Do not send sensitive information. Please do not submit sensitive, confidential, security-sensitive, or protected information through the consultation form or by unencrypted email. This includes vulnerability assessments, security plans, floor plans, student or patient information, or any information subject to confidentiality obligations. Communications sent through this Site are not encrypted, are not confidential, and do not create a confidential or privileged relationship. If your inquiry involves sensitive material, contact us first and we will arrange an appropriate method of transmission.
Security. We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through the Site, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and analytics. The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and to understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the Site functions.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the "Blue Sky Strategic Partners" name and mark, the "Navigating Tomorrow, Today" tagline, photographs, video, page design, and the selection and arrangement of content — is owned by Blue Sky or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own internal, non-commercial reference. Any other use — including reproduction, republication, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works — requires our prior written permission. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use any Blue Sky trademark or logo.
References to third-party standards, agencies, or programs (including FEMA, PEMA, NIMS, and HSEEP) are for descriptive purposes only. Such references do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or certification by those agencies unless expressly stated.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and resources. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Accessing a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms and policies.
8. Drone Services
Any professional drone services described on the Site are performed in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Administration regulations, including 14 C.F.R. Part 107, and applicable state and local law. Availability of drone services is subject to airspace authorization, weather, site conditions, insurance requirements, and the terms of a separate written service agreement. Nothing on this Site should be understood as a commitment to perform flight operations in any particular location or under any particular conditions.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUE SKY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of harmful components. We do not warrant that content on the Site is accurate, complete, current, or applicable to your circumstances. Standards, regulations, and guidance referenced on the Site change over time, and content may not reflect the most recent revisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUE SKY STRATEGIC PARTNERS, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE — THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT ON IT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
This section applies to your use of the Site only. Liability relating to services actually performed by Blue Sky is governed by the separate written agreement covering those services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Sky Strategic Partners, LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your submission of information through the Site, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Accessibility
We want the Site to be usable by as many visitors as possible. If you encounter a barrier to accessing any part of the Site, please contact us at info@Blueskyspllc.com and we will work to provide the information or functionality you need through an alternative method.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any such dispute is the state or federal courts located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. General
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Blue Sky regarding your use of the Site, and they supersede any prior understandings regarding the Site. They do not supersede any separate written services agreement between you and Blue Sky.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
